4/01/26 – My very first online order failed! I had been working on it over the weekend in “trial” mode and completely forgot to turn that off. I had FIVE emails showing how the customer tried multiple times! I did reach out after I had fixed it. The order eventually came, but the whole ordeal was frustrating nonetheless.
