Resources

โ€œWe all want things to stay the same. Settle for living in misery because we are afraid of change, of things crumbling to ruins. Ruin is a gift. Ruin is the road to transformation.โ€

– Elizabeth Gilbert

It has only been recently that I have recognized my need for healing. For many years I thought something was wrong with me and often wondered why I was so different from other people. In my journey of healing I have realized the benefit of having a community to help me along this unknown path.

My purpose for creating this area is to provide a resource of hope, encouragement, and support, for others who may be walking lonely, unknown paths. Below is a compilation of resources and information that I have gathered in hopes that they might help someone else on their own journey.

This is by no means a comprehensive list. I am still adding as I learn. If you have resources that have helped you please share them in the comments below. It may be the key to help someone else in their struggles.
